Can’t See Newly Added Templates in Starter Templates Library?

The Starter Templates library provides an extensive range of ready-made templates. We keep adding new templates to this library.

In case while importing Starter Templates on your website –

1. You are not able to see newly added templates in the library
2. You can see new templates on one website and not on another
3. You can’t find a template on your website
4. The template available in the official library but not on your website

Here are the steps to follow –

In the dashboard, under Appearance > Starter Templates, you will observe a sync option in the library window.

Click on this option to refresh the library and fetch newly added templates.

Once the sync is complete you will see all newly added templates in the list.

Missing Block Editor Template

In some cases, you may find a template for Elementor but not for Block Editor even if the template is made for both page builders. If this happens and you cannot see the template on your website for Block Editor / Spectra, please follow the steps shared below:

• 1. Install Spectra plugin first by navigating to Plugins > Add New > Search for “Spectra“
• 2. Install it and activate the plugin
• 3. After activating, head over to the templates library from Appearance > Starter Templates.
• 4. Select Classic Templates > Block Editor and search for the template.

This should help with the template not available only for the Block Editor on your website.
